Access to your client portal account is now ready
With data security playing an increasingly prominent role in the way businesses conduct themselves, we will now communicate with you by phone, via our new secure client portal or in person.
To ensure you can see your documents and secure messages, you will need to activate your Personal Finance Portal account:
- Click here to visit our registration page
- Enter your email address, the same as we hold for you
- You will then receive an email from us with an activation link
- Follow that link and verify your details
Why the portal?
With email and post increasingly vulnerable to interception, your client portal account provides you with a secure messaging service, so you can quickly get in touch with us and have the peace of mind of knowing that any information you share is fully encrypted and private.
You can also house all your financial documents online in a document vault, where they are secure and fully backed up – much safer and more convenient than the bottom of the filing cabinet.
As well as the added security, the portal will also enable you to view your overall financial information in one place so you can get up to date valuations (subject to provider frequency), and overview of the performance of your investments and access to how you are progressing against your financial goals.
