Bio
Lucy joins us from a hospitality background, bringing excellent customer service skills and a warm, professional approach to client interactions. She is also our first apprentice administrator and, alongside working with the team, is completing a Business Administration NVQ supported by Cambrian Training. We are really excited to be welcoming a young person into the profession and supporting the next generation entering the industry.
Lucy has already hit the ground running, quickly adapting to the role and becoming a valued member of the team. She has also become a friendly and familiar face for clients visiting Celtic, making everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
We look forward to supporting Lucy as she develops new skills and continues to build on her existing strengths in the years ahead, helping her grow and progress within the profession.
