By providing expert care and support, this charity helps children facing life-threatening conditions and their families to create meaningful, lasting memories from the point of diagnosis onwards.

When we were given the opportunity to sponsor this event as a Supporting Partner, we didn’t hesitate. Community is at the heart of what we do, and we know the immense impact charities like Hope House Ty Gobaith have for families across North Wales.
